Horse Betting Road to Kentucky Derby 4-5-09
Here is a quick recap from the Saturday Kentucky Derby prep races.
- $200000 Bay Shore (G3) at Aqueduct, 7 furlongs
I had the winner on the #4 Capt Candyman Can and the exacta when the #10 Taqarub ran second. The winner paid $4.40 to win, $2.90 to place and $2.10 to show. The exacta paid $16.60 for a two-dollar bet.
- $750000 Wood Memorial (G1) at Aqueduct, 1 1/8 miles
I had the winner on #2 I Want Revenge. He paid $3.00 to win, $2.70 to place and $2.10 to show. Depending on the contenders, the exacta paid $15.20; the trifecta paid $77.50 both for a two-dollar bet.
- $500000 (G1)llinois Derby (G2) at Hawthorne, 1 1/8 miles
I told you there was no inside information or home field advantage. Please do not buy this garbage from people. My horse #1 Nowhere to Hide obviously found a place. I think he is still running. If you had the exact contenders and played him in the fourth spot, you won the superfecta. It paid $$1,651.20 for a two-dollar bet.
- $750000 Santa Anita Derby (G1) at Santa Anita, 1 1/8 miles
I had the winner on #4 Pioneerof the Mile and he paid $3.60 to win, $2.40 to place and $2.10 to show. Once again, depending on your contenders, the exacta paid $9.20 and the trifecta paid $35.40 both based on a two-dollar wager. The superfecta paid $84.20 for a two-dollar bet.
