The 2nd at Philadelphia Park gives us another pace-less race. No horse looks to take charge, so I do not expect to see many lead changes. The 7-furlong distance is a tricky one and usually we see horse that go too fast too early burn out and tire down the stretch. Jockeys Ortega and Pennington have the best winning percentages in 7-furlong races, while Pennington has the best percentage at Philadelphia for this race. Pennington also has the best winning percentage for the style and the position the horse appears to be in during the race.
