Sports Betting Free Picks 6-27-09
Here are the selections for today to use in your Round Robin, Time Zone Hedge, Bam or SMA Parlays. I update the Series bets with current record and price. I will continue to “buy” a series if I feel it is a good deal.
LA Angels 38-32 (Road: 18-17) 4:10pm ET
Arizona 30-43 (Home: 15-25) FOX
LAA: J. Lackey (2-3, 5.83)
ARI: D. Davis (3-8, 3.53)
I will be playing the LAA-125. The Angels are on a roll winning three in a row , and 7 of 10. The D-Backs are terrible and as of late are on a three game losing streak and have dropped 7 of their last 10 games. Angels are good on the road and Arizona sucks at home. This is a great chance for Lackey to wake up.
Colorado 37-35 (Road: 20-20) 9:05pm ET
Oakland 31-40 (Home: 17-17) FSRM, CSCA
COL: J. De La Rosa (3-7, 5.85)
OAK: T. Cahill (5-5, 3.68)
I like the Rockies +1 ½ runs -165. The Rockies are the better team and I love getting the bonus run and a half on a team I feel will win the game outright. Colorado has won 8 of 10 and Oakland has dropped 7 of 10. There is no advantage to the road or home team, as far as road and home records. The pitching edge goes to Oakland, but I am OK with the play as long as I get that 1 ½ run lead.
I will play the above games and tie them up in Time Zone Parlays with the CFL games later in the week.
